Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes of date/time for your treatment, we will retain your booking fee payment if we are not notified in time - this still applies for treatments booked in via gift voucher.

We have the right to charge 100% of our treatment price if you do not show for your treatment with out any notice at all.

Children  

As much as we absolutely love babies and children, due to insurance reasons and limited space we can not have them come along to your treatment with you, thanks for your understanding.

Request bookings

Customers can request their desired therapist for their treatment however in the event of staff sickness or adbsence we will move your treatment to the first available therapist at the same time slot, if we need to change the time slot you will be notified and given the option to reschedule.

Treatments for under 16

We have minimum age limit of 16 for all treatments, otherwise we will need a parent present during your treatment. Please let us know in advance if this is the case.

Complaints or concerns

We aim to offer the highest standards of service however if you have a complaint or concern you would like to make us aware of please do so as soon as possible ( within 1 week of service ) so we can help you effectively.

We have the right to refuse treatment if our therapists or staff are made to feel uncomfortable or threatened in anyway. Innapropriate behaviour is zero tolerance
